Second time on MDMA?

So today i bought 2 pills ( tested MDMA, approximately 130mg MDMA each, blue undergrounds). Im planning to take them next week which will be exactly 10 days since i have last rolled, which was my first time which did not turn out the best, constant fluctuating, coming up and down throughout the day (see my previous thread for more information). Anyway im supposed to give one of these pills to my friend, so ill have one pill for myself.
will 130mg be enough considering it will be my second time? is 10 days enough spacing? Anything i can do to have a better roll than previous? what is the usual roll length for 130 or any other information?

the optimal dose for mdma is 1.5mg (+/-0.5mg depending on a number of factors such as experience/tolerance, sex ,individual differences, ...) per kilogram of body weight. so 130mg would be appropriate for a 85kg (or 65-130kg; see above) person.
the duration of mdma is 3-6h (depending on how you count; if you only count the peak and have a bit of tolerance you'd be at the lower end of this spectrum)
10 days is not enough. 30 days are the minimum we recommend, 60-90 days are even better.
