scientific grade glass on glass ash catcher with diffused tree percs

would a slide fit on top?

thats just an ashcatcher so without the slide/bowl on top it would not be useful for smoking

if your asking if you could put another ashcatcher (or something similar) on top of that ashcatcher then yes, but its just not necessary.

2 ashcatchers would completely destroy the pull IMO. and to be frank i find that diffused ashcatchers in general alter the pull (some like it i guess)

if im gonna have n ashcatcher it would just have a regular downtube in it. no diffusion, and def not a second one on top.

so again if u mean, can u put a bowl on top/into that ashcatcher, then yes, thats what they're made for

weekend-Did you connect your vaporizer up to a bong?

What do the 3 tubes in the middle of that perc do? Keep the ash from falling into the water?

No. My vape doesn't need any more filtration its pure goodies.

It spreads out the smoke into different channels. This one like mine has ~13 holes total if you look closely. It's designed to rip a bowl into hundreds of little bubbles.

Also keeps the ash out of the main chamber of your bong, drastically reducing how dirty it gets.

Same, you have to pull very gently to keep the water at the right level :\
 
First off don't get a bong with an inline perc. If for some reason the perc breaks....then your bong looks like shit and may not even work.

I know you would think the more percs and holes there are the better but that's not really the case. A diffused downstem and one ash catcher is all you need. Bongs filter out more THC than tar so all you really want to do is just cool down the smoke a bit.

Also please do not buy that percolator that me and Roose just warned you about.
 
The percs are really just a personal preference but...

This bong and this ashcatcher is a pretty legit set up.

IMO if they sell a single perc version instead of the two for a cheaper price, save some money and go with the single.

edit 2 lol: like weekend addiction said, a diffused downstem would be the icing on the cake for your glass. they really make a huge difference
 
ill take your advice and lose the scientific add on diffused slide
its going to be a bong that really stays in one spot, and now with only a double bubbler ashcatcher, so is a perc really that bad? i still wanna get the blue waterpipe with the double bubbler.

Its not bad per say but it definitely smokes different then no perc. If possible smoke out of a perc and a non perc bong before you buy
 
ive smoked with a perc and without one. i like both a lot but i prefer a perc. any good reccomendations for nice piece with a diffuser and a good perc that doesnt break easily?
 
Just check out a local head shop and see what you like. Pretty much anything name brand there is going to be good quality.

Some of the popular brands in my area:
Roor - high quality, smokes good, all around good bongs (pricey)
Zob - i really like the new stuff they're making, all sorts of sizes available too
ADS - very artsy pieces
Illadelph - high grade pieces, they both look appealing and smoke very well (pricey)
US Tubes - strongest glass i've ever seen, they test it in videos too
Medicali - standard glass, good prices, nothing too spectacular but good pieces
Toro - personal favorite, custom made high end glass that comes in all sorts of styles (pricey)

Stay away from Weedstar imo, so many people talk about how easily they break and it would make sense if you look at how cheap some of their stuff is
