i was reading in the pills-a-gogo compilation that schedule v drugs (like codeine cough syrup) are to be dispensed at the pharmacists discretion, and no script is needed. does anyone no if this is still the case, and if pharmacists will actually dispence codiene cough syrup without a script? (i know that nearly all pharmacists at corporate pharmacies won't dispense syringes without a script, regardless of the legality). thanks for any insight y'all might have into this...
