Obviously, I put the batteries in correctly.

When I press the "on" button, every pixel lights up 88:88:88 like, you know. but I can't use it to wheigh something, because it shuts itself off, before it says 0.0g. I vaguely remember somthing about having to recalibrate after changing batteries, but I don't know how. I suppose there is some button combination ?

The model is : Digital scale - touchscreen - ML-CF3
So it doesn't really have buttons, but on the touch screen there are four "options": "on/off" "tare" "mode" and "pcs".

I have searched google but could only find places to buy this stuff, no manual.
Any help maybe ?

From the manufacturers website: http://www.mingliscale.com/en/zhichi.asp

CALIBRATION

Standard calibration (if LCD displays “0.0”or “OUE2” after you turn on the scale):
Turn on the scale by pressing “ON/OFF” key, Press “MODE” key quickly and hold it until LCD displays “CAL”, then untie “MODE” key, press “MODE” again, after LCD flashes “CAL” and “100.0” (subject to the capacity of your scale) three times. Add 100g (subject to the capacity of your scale) standard cal weight, wait 3-4 seconds, LCD display “PASS”, then “100.0”. Put away calibrationweight, press ON/OFF key to turn off scale, the calibration is finished.
