Just wanted to take a moment to say hello to everyone. I've been lurking and reading for a while without registering an account here on BlueLight. Happy I finally took the initiative.

I used to work in a thai restuarant named Sawasdee, and none of kitchen staff spoke english, so thats my only training in thai
