Save a preset

For exemple: I take a random sound and I change the preset + I add audio effect to it.

IN Ableton Live 9 Suite, Is there a way to take that sound, save it with all the preset in it + then use it for a track.

use the save button (floppy disc symbol) on the upper right corner of the used device. this is for ableton instrumentsof course.

It doesnt save all the audio effect I had to it.

you can also put all your stuff into an instrument or effect rack, and save it like that.
