** EDIT 2/15/14**
Ok so some life issues have me pretty busy; changing a job is never easy on the life and switching from being your own boss to being a company man is always an interesting transition. That begin said I do not want to short change you guys and I really want to have a very nice, very concise sticky, so as to not weigh you down with pages of facts and technical information but instead give you an opportunity to look into the attached research papers your selves and leave you with a condensed selection of facts that form a solid guide line. I will outline the basics, my observations on said compounds, my thoughts on how they should be worked into a cycle, used solo or in combination with other SARMs as well as a brief set of anecdotal excerpts from a few training dairies ( Mine and my fathers as well as a few training mates that were willing to part with their diaries). This is goign to give you a cross section of ages, degrees of experience with training and with PEDs, along with a nice selection of race oddly enough. I am just going to say this sorry to the Asian community as none of my Asian friends have used SARMs, though you will have a Latino,an African American, some pasty White guys and one Pacific Islander, so like I said a nice variety. The age gap runs from 26-57, and weights vary from 190-260lbs. So yeah this is goign to take a bit but I will make sure I condense each user down in the anecdotal section, give you a brief history of their usage, and experience with the SARMS. ( I am aiming for a sort of Tikal and Pihkal format sans the chemistry lesson)
The rough outline of contents is as follows:
The Basics
1-What is a SARM
2 -The most commonly available SARMs
3- Their place in the Tool Box
The Nuts and bolts of Usage
1 How use the compounds
2 What to expect
3 PCT fro SARMs
4 Their place in a cycle
Putting it all together
1 How to Combine SARMs with traditional AAS
2 How to Combine SARMs
Notes from the Field
1- Subject 1 Experiences
2- Subject 2 Experiences
3- Subject 3 Experiences
4- Subject 4 Experiences
5- Subject 5 Experiences
As there is a fair amount of info I want to make sure this is well done and well written, so not to over complicate things I am trying to be very meticulous in putting this together.
