Salvia still safe to use?

Hi there,
A friend of mine has some salvia that he got about 10 months ago. He still has half a vile left at I think it was X10. Its been stored in a dry room temperature climate for this whole time. Is it still safe to use or not so much?

Does it have any mold on it?
X10 is a pretty weak potency as it is, I'de say go pick yourself up a fresh baggy/vial from your local head shop.

It should be fine, I've had over 5grams of Salvia in a pill container (covered with duct tape to block out light) in a desk drawer for about that long if not longer. Everything is kept dry and there has been no loss of potency.

id say go buy some new salvia. 10x is complete crap, even 40x is crap. u need at least 60x, and to get good visuals u gotta have some high (100-120x). which i assume this is what most ppl are lookin for. ill warn you though a salvia trip is much differnt from an lsd trip. its not a tryptamine, its a dissociative so do your research before you go binging on it. from experience, taking too much of any psychedllic without the right experience and preparation can land you in a very uncomfortable situation.
