Salvia Flashbacks - In the Clear?

I tried 10x salvia extract a couple times like 3 months ago, and the 10x leaves once or twice. I fucking hated it and never did it again, but whatever. Then, a couple weeks later, my anxiety disorder was finally triggered by smoking weed. I don't really think I've had a salvia flashback yet, but I have had sleep paralysis like twice, most likely because of my anxiety, and it seemed a shitload like salvia, but I don't think it was really a flashback. My question is, three months later, am I still susceptible to salvia flashbacks? Like really intense/long ones? I know you'll probably say "it's different for everybody" or something but I'm just posting anyway. Does it stay in your system forever and shit like LSD (which, thankfully, I have never done)? Any information is welcome... severe anxiety + salvia memories + being only fucking 15 years old= NOT A GOOD COMBINATION.

Also, don't tell me I'm an idiot for trying it so young and not researching the possibility of flashbacks. I know I am... xD

Flashbacks are an entirely psychological phenomenon (at least in my opinion) and are often mistaken for simple panic attacks or a fleeting moment of wierdness in your body. Substances like LSD don't stay in your body forever - just the memory of the experience you ahd while on it. Think of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder - it would be wrong to say a soldier from Iraq with PTSD has it because of the sand he inhaled in a gunfight.

If you actually start experiencing effects close to breakthrough Salvia experiences in your waking, lucid, sober life you should check to see you haven't been hit in the head with a nine iron or check if you have just had a stroke, cause that shit should NEVER happen.

Sleep paralysis and feeling fleetingly strange is normal. You're young, trust your body a lot more, and read as much as you can! The best medicine for psychological scars from drug use is optimism and trust in your body and mind. Humans are amazing creatures and you can put them through a lot more than you'd expect and have them come out just fine, if you keep a positive attitude :)

Calm down and stop concentrating on flashbacks and panic disorders - deal with them if you must, but don't live in fear of them. Eventually, like with any other hallucinogen-induced "perception disorder" like seeing floaters or trails in the dark, you will come to either accept them and find they don't bother you, or ignore them in your daily life. Worrying yourself sick over "brain damage" and "drug residue IN YO SPINE" will get you nowhere but into deeper anxiety.

Thanks man, that really helped me out. I guess the answer truly always is: ignorance is bliss.
