[Salvia] Do I need a trip sitter?

Salvia is the only drug I've taken and feel any need for a sitter on. I trust myself completely with all other psychedelics/ dissociatives, but Salvia often makes me really confused (unlike the others) and I, as yet, haven't come close to understanding the state properly. I find really testing material to work and could very much see myself getting up and wandering around whilst on it, completely oblivious to what's going on around me. That's just me though, I think it probably comes down to how comfortably you can let go of yourself (with Salvia I can't do this nearly as well/fully as with typical psychedelics).

I have plenty of salvia experience, but would not trust myself. one time I thought the yard I was in was a battle zone, and I started running; my friend stopped me just before I totally leveled a 5 y.o. kid. last time I did it (by myself) I thought my room had become a blackhole, and opened my door and went screaming "HELP!!!" thru the house. this is my parents' house...

it's definitely safer to have a sitter, yes, but if it's not possble, i dont think it too much a problem.. make sure you are in more less a serene mood and hope it'll go well. :)

for salvia, a trip sitter is a great idea. I would reccomend it unless your a seasoned psychedellic user.

ive personally walked right out of a house while on salvia and that could be bad news if i had walked into a road or another persons property instead of just to the apple tree.
