"This is very important information for anyone living in Missouri
The following information has just now come to my attention. It is BAD NEWS.

From the SD observer. It was just posted by Daniel Siebert. Apparently no one in the Salvia Community was aware of this until today."

SALVIA DIVINORUM AND SALVINORIN A ARE NOW SCHEDULE I CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
IN MISSOURI

On August 28, 2005, House Bill 633 was incorporated into section 195.017 of
Missouri's drug regulation statutes. Thus, Salvia divinorum and salvinorin A
became Schedule I substances in that state. For documentation, go to:
http://www.moga.state.mo.us/statutes/chapters/chap195.htm

That's insane. Sucks to live in Missouri for all those salvia addicts. Any idea how big a fine or even jail time would be for possession, distribution?

I bet Salvia D. will become Sched. I all over the USA in a few years or less b/c this is the same way Ketamine/GHB had went. First the states scheduled it then federally.

thats pretty retarded. Theres no reason to make it illegal, I dont think its abused too much...

Hardly at all, at least compared to other drugs. It's definitely no rampant epidemic, with hordes of salvia junkies all over the streets, breaking things and causing mass mayhem. I mean, just think about what's wrong with the latter half of that last sentence.

They should probably schedule nutmeg too. 8)

is it even possible to be a salvia junky?

how did they justify illegalization? "we dont know much about this substance, so u cant have it, and if u make us do the research, it will be flawed in our favor or if it shows that it is harmless we will KEEP IT ILLEGAL LOLZ IN UR FACE STUPID POPULACE"
