Glad you have found the information at this place so useful I feel the same way, the wealth of knowledge inside of all these threads is truly mindboggling. And I personally find communicating with people online to help fill the void in my life I have because of not going outside often and socializing. Suffer from GAD myself and forums like this have allowed me to make a lot of friends over the years.
