I'm trying to understand what is legal here and what is not, the text says "these products and they're "salts" and "stereo-isomers" are illegal" bassically, and this includes DMT, cathicone and more.

Does this mean for example that 4-ACO-DMT or 4-FMC is illegal?

thanks

Unfortunately we don't allow legal discussion on Bluelight.

Look up the definition of a salt, and the definition of a stereoisomer.

In layman's terms all that means is that if amphetamine is listed, then that means D-amphetamine is banned, L-amphetamine is banned, amphetamine sulphate is, amphetamine hydrochloride, amphetamine phosphate etc (and any combination of salt/isomer like D-amphetamine tartrate), but the rule won't cover fluoroamphetamine or methamphetamine, or beta-methyl-phenethylamine because those are analogues or positional isomers and not salts or isomers.
