I came up on an 80mg OP and the only other time I took it I split it in half and took both pieces so it would mess with the time release. It didn't seem to help. I've heard of the new "soda method" and others, and I would like to know from someone WHO HAS TRIED THE METHODS what the best and SAFEST way of doing it is, and detail would help.
