safest ROAs for oxy and/or H ~? (advice please)

Hi all ...
so, I relapsed hard on the oxy & have been fighting the urge to go back to scag as well and I need some help ~ what is the safest ROA ...? (I went from chewing to snorting and refuse to go back to mainlining which I did years ago with scag and promised myself never again after I had ruined nearly all my favourite spots )...

So as far as opiates go, are there any major safety issues with snorting (particularly if I go back to using H)? What about plugging...?

(And to those who had wished for me luck in my quitting.... I'm sorry. I'm not ready yet. Someday maybe. Someday SOON maybe. Maybe not ever. So please don't tell me just to quit because right now that's the one bit of advice I'd ignore right off the bat.)

I've never done H so I'll leave that to others.

For oxy? Sounds like you've done enough of it to know. Obviously the 'safest' will be to swallow it, or crush it up and drink it. Snorting it obviously hurts the lining in your nose and if done long term can cause other damage. Plugging is a safe choice, too.

Snorting and plugging are safer than injecting. Snorting carries with it it's own risk as potentially some of what you snort ends up in the lungs or close to them, and the lining of your nose and sinuses can also be affected.

That's pretty much all anyone here can tell you.

I can only echo what's already been said; orally would be the least damaging ROA obviously, then plugging, then snorting/IV'ing.

I have track marks from the days with the needle, and sinus damage from snorting beforehand.

Please, if you're not going to quit, just take them safely, your sinuses or veins don't need damaging.

Heroin is safest smoked - what's the safest way to do heroin?

Oxy I've never used but oral or nasal would be safest. Actually smoking probably would be safer but is also shit so not worth it.

Plugging heroin seems to be relatively worthless but plugging oxy certainly isn't. Any method that involves taking a large, full dose all at once (oral, plugged, IV) will inevitably be less safe than other ROA.
