Heroin safe to iv poop?

lately my mate has been asking me to mix his shots up for him. well when he isnt looking ive been sucking his dope up with another syringe and then adding water and a bit of poop in the spoon (so it still looks dark in the syringe) i just want to know if my friend is gonna get sick from iv'ing my poop?
