Safe time span to dose fentanyl after amphetamine use

I currently have 2 30mg Adderall XR's left and have consumed 3 30mg Adderall XR's (at 11am) and was wanting to dose the other 2 later on. But I am supposed to be getting a 75mcg mylan fentanyl patch later on which I was going to get into four pieces and subliginally dose 2morrow probably around the afternoon.

Would this be safe? Should I wait later in the day to assure the effects of the adderall have wore off? I do not wish to speedball with these two substances as I realise that would be dangerous as hell,which is why I am asking these questions...

Try mentioning the exact period of time between dose A and dose B to save people the trouble of googling your local time.

There's really not much of a risk in taking an opioid with a stimulant as long as you know that you're completely comfortable with the dosage of opioid you're ingesting. The only trouble people face with this combination is when they take an opioid dose that's too high, the stimulant wears off, and they fall into an overdose since the stimulant is no longer cancelling the CNS depression.

If you know that a 75mcg fentanyl patch will definitely not send you into an overdose, than you have no problem.

The main issue with speedballing is if you redose - stimulant effects can cover up depressant ones, then when the former wears off, it can cause an OD. If you are just taking regular doses and not more than you normally do, it should be fine, especially if you've got a nights sleep between the base and the fent.
