Which pharmacy or parapharmacy product provides of good protection to the stomach, liver, etc. for the use of MDMA, MDA, MDBD, MDEA and their beta-ketone derivatives?

Would be good to describe why it is safe (away from interactions) so is used as a reference for many people. Or if it may present any side effect. Or just include prestigious links to professional or trusted sources reports available out there :)

Thanks for your collaboration!

Very very good question.. I was wondering this as the 100mg escaped the capsule in my stomach is it popped.. lol..

Wonder if Rennies would help?

Bump for answers! Are Tums good to have before a roll? What about papaya enzyme chewable tablets? MDMA messes up my system so much.

Don't do MDMA.

Serotonin is the 'brain-gut circuitry'.
Beyond taking well-researched pre and post loading regimen...
You cannot stop the effects on the gut.

5HT3 receptors are responsible for the nausea, but anti-nausea mediactions are often dopamine antagonists.
This would fuck up or shut down the roll.

And the feeling of grossness the next day?
Well proper post loading including a high tryptophan diet, like protein shakes, is normally the best approach.
Plain tryptophan or 5-HTP pills is not advised as this can cause serotonin syndrome!

The best thing to restore the gut after rolling is to EXERCISE.
It releases the serotonin nerve growth factor, BDNF.

Get those toxic nasty metabolites out of your system quicker.
To protect while rolling?
Maybe Piracatem...and healthy carbs for days leading up to the roll.
Just eat healthy.

Turmeric extract is a great anti-inflammatory in the GI - also a mild SSRI.
Aside from taking massive doses, it should not interact with MDMA.
Stay away from fruits that can affect hepatic P450 enzymes.
Vit C in large doses prior to and during the roll should help.

Gatorade provides electrolytes which will help fight the anti-diuretic hormone that is released.
But it won't stop it by any means.
And don't drink too much either.

First Bad Comedown,

Over the weekend i took a 100mg capsule of crystal MDMA.

I had waited 49 days, and my diet as you know is high in L-Tryptophan. I very often drink 1 pint of milk, 2 bananas and some oats in a smoothie.

I also cut wayyyy back on the dark chocolate, before i was consuming 700grams a week, now its more like 100 - 200grams in little bits throughout the week. You dont need loads of dark chocolate to increase it.

I had a bit of a dodgy stomach that i didnt want to eat for a day (not feeling sick though, just no appetite)

No comedown on tuesday, Weh heyy.

Moderation is best.

Moderation is absolutely key- glad you had fun Darksidesam.

I find ginger root is absolutely the best, myself and my friends took it this weekend after rolling (and for some, shrooming) thanks to the advice of a smart prepared friend- to stomach problems for anyone.

Apart from uncomfortable feelings, I was referring to the possibility of taking, as an example, omeprazol to avoid a possible exceed of acid that could damage my stomach. Or other kind of substance that also protects in the same way the LIVER, that is the main element that processes the substance.

I dont speak about taking something for avoid the nausea, I dont speak about taking something for the afterglow :)

Of course, it should be assumed that this recommendations are not going to be an absolute panacea against any kind of negative or harmful effect. But it may help responsible users -like me- to do less damage on our health.

Apart from that, synthetic 5-htp SHOULD NOT give any serotonic syndrome if taken at least 6hr after the last "trusted" MDMA dosage, The main reason being that serotonic levels in the brain, 6h after the experience, are extremely low due the pharmacology of the substance. This low serotonic levels are associated with the main reason of neurotoxicity.

^ The terms 'low' and 'high' are far too simple to be applied to the brains most intricate neurotransmitter system.
Yes, a drop in serotonin is involved in neurotoxicity because it allows metabolites to get into the receptors.

But this doesn't mean that lower global serotonin reduces the risk of serotonin syndrome!
Defined loosely as 'too much serotonin in the brain stem' - this condition fails to recognize the individual circuits throughout the brain that are affected.

If neurotoxic damage has occurred, for instance, then some receptors and pathways might be compromised.
With a lower capacity for serotonin in specific regions, anything that increases global serotonin (like 5-HTP) could cause 'too much serotonin in the brainstem' just enough to damage those pathways.

I will agree that post loading is far less dangerous than preloading, since MDMA is a massive release.
But there is substantial reason for concern with post-loading especially among heavier or long-term MDMA users.
One day the network just cannot sustain normal transmission. And dopamine is suppressed as a result.

MDMA neurotoxicity and serotonin syndrome share many symptoms in common - but they are not mutually exclusive.

BSiren is giving you perhaps the greatest recommendation.
Ginger is a cousin of turmeric, both potent anti-inflammatory agents in the GI.
Perhaps the best.

You should not be concerned about stomach acidity only from MDMA use.
It sounds like you are searching for an explanation to your discomfort and a way to minimize it.
Ginger and turmeric are GREAT for sour stomachs!

Milk Thistle is one of the greatest herbs on the planet, offering substantial protection to the liver.
It encourages under functioning liver cells to function normally and it heals and regrows damaged cells.
It also stimulates bile flow.

Other than these recommendations, only basic harm reduction techniques apply.
Such as controlling your dose, NOT redosing, and testing your gear.
And SPAAACING your rolls.

Everyone thinks of their gut as just another set of organs...
It is in fact its own nervous system. An extension of the BRAIN!
Or rather the brain is an extension of the gut.
Seriously.
