"Safe" Appetite Suppressants

^ sure about that? Ephedrine is a precursor to methamphetamine and the DEA got rid of it awhile ago. Thats why cough medicines now have pseudoephedrine.

The stackers stuff no longer has ephedrine in it.

you can buy ephedrine on the black market now but it might cost you some legal hassle.

Ephedrine is a shit chemical anyways. Its absolutely HORRIBLE for your body.

I was a Mini-Thin addict (3-5 pills everyday) for like 3 years. I knew it was horrible for me, but the energy/euphoria was just so good. Any other ephedra product made me horribly ill, but not Mini-Thins. (Starting to wonder what was really in them after reading a book about natural supplements that contained everything from Alprazolam (Xanax) to actual amphetamines.)

Anyway, products like hoodia and acai berry are LARGELY ineffective, but some mild stimulants like yerba mate, coca tea (illegal in the US but widely available on the web), and guarana can help with appetite control. Getting plenty of fiber also helps one feel full and regulates blood sugar levels, reducing the need to eat as often. People who are dehydrated (most are) tend to mistake hunger for a need for water, so drinking more water also helps.

Appetite STIMULANTS include marijuana, basil, tricyclic antidepressants and some anti-psychotics/mood stabilizers, and nutrient deficiencies, which cause cravings that usually end in a junk food binge.
