update: pastor david has gone on hunger strike, in the hopes that they will need to hosptialize him, therefore making holding him cost more $$$ and thus speeding up his trial date. or something.

The guy has been in solitary confinement for 58 days, no sign of a trial date or anything. its bullshit. as for him being a religious nutcase....

Solitary confinement? I must admit, that's a bit fucking harsh, I thought they only did that to prisoners who were mass murderers, rapists, or posed a threat to prison staff.
