Roxy withdrawals help

I've been snorting 30mg of roxy a day for about 8 months. I have decided I don't wanna be chained down to that horrible stuff anymore! We'll today would be day 5 without but I did 5mg of roxy yesterday and I was wondering if that will start my withdrawals all over or if that small amount would even do that. I couldn't handle how bad I felt and I didn't wanna have to go to the hospital!
So please some answer my questions and how long will I feel this shitty??! (
