It doesn't appear that it has happened yet, though hopefully this ends up coming to fruition.

Wow! Pickard four and a half years ago and now this---two minor miracles, legally speaking.

Any political ramifications aside, this is unquestionably good news in my opinion---given a world in which most drugs are illegal where we also admit that a market for them will continue to exist, he was fighting the good fight.
 
For a person who lies as much as he does Trump seems to have a very unusual commitment to fulfilling his promises, by political standards at least. This is clearly a good thing there's no way Ulbricht should have to serve a life sentence like he's an El Chapo responsible for the actually accomplished murders of hundreds if not thousands of people.
