rolling and trying to sleep that night???

ive rolled 74 times n one thing i have a problem with to this day is trying to sleep the night u roll. i think everyone has problems with that but nyways does anyone have advice or tricks or SOMETHING to help me sleep? dont have any sleeping pills like ambien er anything right now so pills r outta the question
