Rolling again after a week.

I know it's been posted several times, but I always seem to come up with different answers. June 27th I rolled off of ~330mg pure MDMA (bought from the DNM) for the first time. About 3 weeks later I sorta rolled off ~300mg of some bunk street MDMA cut with other stuff. Again, 3 weeks later I rolled (very nicely) off a little over 1 orange tesla (~300mg). The next few days after this roll was the only time I felt any sort of comedown. My head felt a little buzzed and I might have felt a little off for the following few days.

It's now been a week since that night and I have one orange tesla pill left. Some shit happened to me last night and I could really go for a decent roll tonight to help pull me through. I'd probably take a single dose of ~150mg. I know this is dangerous and not recommended, but I could really go for a good night tonight. My fear is permanent damage - never being able to be as happy as I could have been if I didn't take MDMA tonight or some shit. This is the last of my MDMA so I for sure will not be rolling again for several months if I do tonight. Am I really at that big of a risk for permanent brain damage? I have some of the recommended supplements on hand. Thanks.

the risk of permanent brain damage is pretty close to zero, but the risk for a long term comedown (weeks to months+) is not. if you had taken only 150mg the last time, i'd say go ahead. even though it's not recommended we've all done that (or something similarly unreasonable) at some point of time. but since you did 300mg the last time and felt off for days, rolling again after a week is just asking for it imho. of course you might be fine, but the risk is definitely there and shouldn't underestimate it. even if it's not permanent, you'll have to ask yourself if you want to feel like shit for the next half year or year.

I myself have done this many of times. I now wait to drop every 4 months. I used to be a complete idiot and take pill after pill day on end. I will say it's hard to be happy with things I used to be able to get pumped for. I also feel like it is more of battle to be happy day to day. I would say just chill have some beers and smoke some grass. Save it for another time later down the road

You have to ask yourself what you're getting out of it. The positives must always outweigh the negatives. If I got bad comedowns, any level of depression or bad side effects, I wouldn't have taken it every other day like I did before. I felt fine back then and I certainly do now, despite all of that. But I was a healthy person back then in body and mind, and most importantly I was younger. My positive energy was nearly limitless and I did many other things to take care of myself physically and mentally. About the only thing it took from me was the loss of mdma's magic, however it can't take away all of the good times I've had and I remember them well. In my case, I just have to move on.

You could take it one week after the next, but don't make it a habit and do it very sparingly. Make it up by working out, going for a run and eating healthy. Make sure you're not totally "out of it" and remember to get back to the productive duties that you are called upon to do. When you do that and do things for others, you create a sense of happiness and accomplishment that really combats any sort of depression or negative thinking. That's because you'll realize you are (at least kind of) important and you have value to society and the people you care about, which then really helps you to focus.

But basically live your life in such a way where these trips don't affect you negatively, or even integrate it into your life if you can. I've done that before and it was actually kind of fun. :) Also follow all of the other rules in the sticky above in this forum. Do all of these things and you should be fine every time, unless you are an anomaly. Then it would be best to seek alternatives, whether in this drug culture or outside of it.
