roll or dose at bassnectar?

I'm going to an all day bassnectar event today, and I was wondering what everyone else would rather do at a bassnectar event, roll or trip? I've rolled about 5 times (but never had that super-magical feeling I've read about, even with some shards at Rothbury..) and I've done acid once, albeit I did wayyy to much for a first time especially at a music festival, but I was able to make it through the night with I guess a neutral trip... So what do you guys think, roll or trip?
 
Well, it really depends on what you want.

A candyflip could be great, if you think you can handle it. If you do combine them, please make sure you adjust your doses accordingly. As in, lower them significantly.

I've heard different things about candyflipping, I heard from some people that the molly takes off the anxious edge from tripping and is even less overwhelming than just acid alone...but I've also heard that it's all together much more overwhelming. What do you think?
 
I also have never done it personally, although I've done them separately. Maybe someone on BL who has done it can chime in right about now.

I feel if anything, you should just take a nice dose of molly. Can't go wrong there.

but seriously, if you have the option do both. I mean why wouldnt you? if you dont have enough cash to get both thats one thing but if cash isnt a problem then it should be an easy decision.
 
^Not necessarily, especially when he is inexperienced with LSD.

Yeah, nobody was confused about what it was called...

It's always better to practice caution when attempting any new substance/combination. Personally, I would just take the Molly as you're almost guaranteed to have a good time. I've never flipped, but LSD can be fickle, especially in a festival setting where you have no control over your environment. Just my 2 cents.
 
...I would candy flip, but I've done that before and know exactly when to dose them and all that jazz. If I was in your position I'd just pick one. probably lsd.

Also, the comedown of a candy flip isn't very much fun. I sleep for the duration of them usually. you may not want to try the combination without a benzo and a lot of valerian and melatonin at home. really.
 
If you take acid and go to bassnectar you run the risk of realizing that he's really really shit and that 90% of the people around you are douchebags.

i'd say take the rolls so you don't end up thinking about that shit.
 
I did both for my second time tripping, and later added shrooms to the mess, its much better than tripping alone.
If you want some tips, make sure you dont come down from the molly on acid, that sucks. And make sure you dont take a large dose of each one because they work together to get you high as shit

I think he's just against bassnectar because of the popularity, personally I don't like him too much.

You should just go there on molly, and smoke a good ole toke of DMT whenever you feel like the beat is about to drop.
 
I'm no sure "what should I take?" threads are appropriate on bluelight.

To answer your question though, MDMA might be a little more friendly for that type of event. The bassnectar crowd can be quite rowdy and obnoxious and I personally wouldn't want to trip (or be there but thats another matter entirely). If I was forced into the situation, I would roll.
 
Haha yea the crowd is usually pretty rough... if you are willing to wade into the void. Just stay back from the madness, eat your dose, do your roll, get your bass on.
 
"What should I take?" threads are not allowed on PD. Feel free to ask any specific questions about their effects, safe usage tips, etc., but not for recommendations on what to take. If you can't make your own decision on that, maybe you should do a little more research before taking either one.
