Roll Call - UnAmerican Godless Commie Terrorist Lovers

Oh yeah. Forgot Jimmy John's. Subs so fast, you'll freak.
They weren't bad, a little skimpy on the meat, but it is just like Subway.

I'm jealous of the Aussies for them having Victoria Bitter! I drank so much of that stuff when I was in London and have yet to find any here in the states. I can pass on the Vegimite though...

yeah, to be honest im not the biggest fan of vegemite either ... but i usually pretend to like it in order to perpetuate the aussie stereotype ... VB is a good beer and just regular price, not like a Becks or Amstel which try and charge an extra $0.50 ... is there a 'bitter' beer in the US that compares to VB tastewise ... i only really found Draughts and Pilseners, but wasnt exactly searching for a bitter.

look out for a good aussie beer in the US ... "Coopers" ... apparently they have started brewing it in some areas and Australia will get to brew "Bud" in return ... also, Coopers home brew kits are currently available in Canada ...

if i become a mod of this forum, we will ration out the 500 posts per thread so that each active bluelight member gets to have 2 posts each per thread and no more ...

post credits may be exchanged for food stamps and all new posts will be moderated, then posted under the generic handle 'Bluelight' in order to destory the elitist class structure and heinous individualism on display in this forum.

then we will use the saved bandwidth to download and share MP3s!

:X :X :X

:)

Bitters don't seem to common in the states, not sure why. If my tastebuds remember right the closest thing I drink normally here to VB is Red Stripe but I know RS is a lager. Not sure what the similarities between lagers and bitters are. I'll have keep my eyes peeled for the Coopers stuff.
