Just curious as to what may help boost the effect of trams. I'm taking 100 and I don't feel much anymore because I used em twice this week.

Rolaids potentiate Tramadol?

It can help in the sense that it will raise the PH of your stomach, and in theory this will allow you to absorb more of the drug. The oral bioavailability of tramadol is already not bad (like 70%), but give it a try. THIS is a thread about this.
Do you usually take your 100mgs all at once? Because another thing that you can try is to take the same amount but in little separated doses. I have both tramadol prolonged-release tablets and instant-release ones, and at the same dosage, the prolonged-release ones get me way higher.
THIS is a study about it saying that "Tramadol is almost completely absorbed when given orally, and has an apparent elimination half-life of 6 h in humans. Its bioavailability of 70% after a single administration can be attributed entirely to first pass metabolism. After multiple dosing the bioavailability rises to almost 100%".
Other than that, you can try to play with your enzymes. You will find tons of discussions about that, good luck deciding what to do. I've never really tried that route, and the few times i did, i used pretty weak inducers and never noticed much difference.

tramadol extended release.. not sure if it's that. the pill says AN 627. I took them both at once. My e-cig actually helps enhance the effect for me, oddly enough. Maybe it's placebo, but definitely works. I tried the rolaids thing, I'll report back.

^ I really don't know. If you want to replicate exactly the mechanism of the extended-release pills that i have, you should spread 200mg over the course of 24 hours...but i don't think you really need to take your doses THAT apart. Maybe 25mg every hour is enough? Just guessing...maybe someone might have a better answer or try to do some research. Or just experiment.

^^ I'd also like to know this. I want to enjoy my day tomorrow as well, is it possible to have one during the day, and another 2 at night? Mind you I'm on 200mg of Lyrica as well. Rolaids/Tums I am finding almost ALWAYS enhance my euphoria big time, usually take it about 5 minutes before my trams on am empty stomach. I am learning to eating something fatty 15-30 minutes afterwards to feel the effect best. Also as you're taking it, take it with caffeine if you can. Also not sure if any of you vape, I vape on my e-cigarette as well and I find all of this combined enhances euphoria quite a bit.
