"Roche 2" would refer to the 2mg Rohypnol tablets, and with that I would HIGHLY SUSPECT they are fake - Roche cut back the distrobution in Mexico, but yeah, they can still be found (just not at EVERY PHARMACY like you could find 5 years ago) .. however, the 2mg tablets were cut back to being sold to HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CENTERS ONLY and they are given for pre-surgical sedation only, NOT TO BE GIVEN OUT for patients to take home! So what does that mean? Well, for 'your friend' to find them in Mexico, he either found someone that has been holding these for several years (not likely) or else his supplier is a corrupt medical center/hospital, or someone with access (it makes little sense someone would rob a hospital for their Rohypnol when there is so much better stuff) .. yeah, in Mexico ANYTHING can be found if you really hunt, but it's highly unlikely, and you will definitly be paying lots...
Fakes are definitly more likely - we see a lot of counterfeit Rohypnol tablets - 2mg are the most common.. if you're lucky you can find tablets that are well pressed, often in fake blister packs, and they actually contain some benzos - usually something to the order of a medium dose of Valium, which isn't as good as 2mg of flunitrazepam, but it's enough to bring customers back (if you sell) or enough that you catch enough of a buzz you would ask yourself "wait, I'm not that fucked up, but I definitly feel something, these must be real!" .. more often then not though, the fake tablets are just bunk, rarely in blister packs...
