robo softgels, nasty liquid

i dont think my belly likes to be full of those softgel caps. i shit them out forever... and i think its what is giving me so much gas.

is there a way to mix that liquid from the softgels in something where it wont taste soooo bad?

Not really, but you can empty trhe gelatine capsules out and drink it like a nasty shot if you don't like intaking so much gelatin.

Get the Zicam mist stuff has a ton of dxm and its like only a shots worth of the stuff.
