HOUSTON (Reuters) - Authorities in Texas have filed corpse-abuse charges against two men who allegedly removed a skull from a grave and used it as a bong.

The Harris County District Attorney's Office confirmed on Thursday that misdemeanor abuse of corpse charges have been filed in the case.

One of the men allegedly told police they dug up a grave in an abandoned cemetery in the woods, removed a head from a body and smoked marijuana using the skull as a bong.

My mates and I used to go for a smoke in a cemetery near where I live.
Lovely quiet place with lots of trees... never went grave robbing mind.
 
i wonder what other drugs were involved

most stoners i know would be way to lazy to dig up a grave :p
 
There were actually 4 of us there, but me and my buddy made a deal with our other 2 friends to take the rap, since we figured there's no need for ALL of us to get busted for it.
What we're doing is splitting all legal fees 4 ways, and in the end my friend and I who didn't get caught are going to buy an ounce for the other 2 to split.
Good deal I'd say. Fucking skull bong ruled. Faggot cops took it though. :(

A few years back a guy my brother knew from school did this.

I dont much about it but apprently ended up being a pretty usless billy even after attempting to silicon it.

That's pretty disturbing. This old Vietnam vet I used to hang out with had a hookah skull. He said it was a real skull, he bought it in India, but I really didn't believe him. It had a large bowl/stem sticking out of the top of the skull, with a hose coming out of mouth, and both eye sockets. It was bad ass looking. I would never want to go dig up some corpse to steal it's skull.. SOO much easier to make an apple/soda can bowl.. or the ever handy homemade gravity bong (like i made today!) made with a 2 liter bottle, a wrench socket (for the bowl piece) and a cooler.. Ran into some free weed, gave my bowl to my dad a while ago, and was too lazy to run to the store to get papers.. hence the mcgivure bong! But digging up a corpse to make a pipe? Seems like alot of work for some stoners..
 
i was gonna write something funny, but i'll defer to johanneschimpo's post.

i've never graverobbed. seems impossible to get away with. you'd be shoveling for freaking hours.
 
Impossible? nah, you just have to get digging at about 2 am, should be done in an hour or three:P

Just kidding mind you, even though I am a 'sicko goth type' myself, can't say as I have ever smoked a bong from somebody's head.

That said, I do have a huge ram's skull (minus ram), complete with horns and everything, although somewhat covered in black candlewax, that just gave me an idea for next time I pick up a skunk, it would definately, with some alteration, make a sick bong.
 
Damn thats fucking hardcore, it happened in my town too. I remember joking with my friends a few years ago about doing that but I doubt it would taste good
 
Hahaha; maybe when I die I should have my skull made into a bong, put it in my will and everything, and then it can be a family heirloom.
