RCs ROA for 4-FA???

Hey, if one were to have about 175 mg of 4-fluoroamphetamine, how should one administer? I don't have anything to plug with (I know sorry) other than a gel cap, and nasal is supposed to hurt and destroy your nose (I tried, IT FUCKING SUCKS). IV is out of the question as well. I wanted to do Oral, but though it would take too long. So I decided to do either under the tongue, or between the gums and lip? Any ideas?
 
Oh and please answer quickly! It's 2pm and I heard 4-FA has a long duration. I need to eyeball something out of a 175 mg bag for a study aid. I am 6'' 220 pounds with a moderate amp tolerance....
 
Fuck it. Just found 100 unit syringe and dissolved a bit over 125mg of 4-FA in distilled (1 minute microwaved) water, olive oiled it up, and plugged with great success. Any better ways? And how long until it kicks in with plugging?
