im gunna open this saying idk if this belongs here but i used my best judgment.

im curious of the side effects of ritalin (abuse- longterm) because iv recently turned 18 and realized all my youth from 13-18 was a long road of on and off abuse of ritalin. at my lowest was a pew hundred MG threw the nose everyday for 3 weeks straight and then wait a week, with a day break, and the highest, 800 a day for a week and then wait 3 weeks to re up on a perscription

its been random doseing idk wat more to say but its been a constant of every month getting, using, iv been to rehab (where iv cheeked pills and snorted them) so its 100% every month for 5-6 years straight. the past 5 months until last month i was finding myself addicted from smoking it, and finaly decided to say F--- that and that im gunna cut back- way back. im taking into consideration that i wont have these forever!

i dont have signs of any damage but what have i been doing to my liver? and nasal passages and heart ect. and my brain!.

Long term effects of Concerta are pretty minimal and mostly due to the stress stimulation puts on your body... temporary withdrawal effects such as lethargy, weight gain, and cravings are much worse.

Your nasal passages and/or lungs might be damaged from snorting pills and smoking them respectively, but that damage will heal in time. The human body is very resilient.
