Ritalin/Concerta + Modafinil ?

I'm prescribed 54mg Concerta (methylphenidate:ritalin) for ADD.

Is adding Modafinil/Armodafini as a study aid (occasionaly) safe?

Probably, discontinue if you experience unpleasant side effects, but otherwise it won't kill you.

Keep an eye on your heart rate. I'm prescribed modafinil for ADHD and there have been a few times that I've combined it with other stimulants. A small amount of the second stimulant was plenty when combined with the modafinil.

I take adderall with modafinil for narcolepsy and while I noticed less daytime sleepiness really didnt improve my focus any more.
