Just keep in mind that this is my personal experience, and I can't guarantee it working on everyone. But feel free to try and coment on how it worked, or not worked. And if anyone has any tips that works for them, post those too.

Problem 1# Feeling Sick.
This is a problem that seems to come up if I 1) Haven't eaten in ages, or 2) Have eaten too much right before I did some Rit. Usually this is actually your stomach telling you it needs nutritions, and something to work with, if you haven't eaten for more than 4-6 hours. A good way to beat it is to buy a diet-shake of the types that has your daily need for vitamins and whatnot, and to eat something with lots of fiber. A slice of bread, or a proper dinner usually does the trick. The only issiue is that you tend to feel like food is horribly disgusting. xD Just force the disgusting goo of a diet-shake down your throat, and eat half a slice of bread, and you are likely to feel better. (But as you people don't necesarily live in a contry were there are laws about what they can put into a diet-shake, do read the lable throughoutly before buying it, and make sure it's only vitamins in it, and no other chemical crap.)

Problem 2# Getting overly cold/warm.
I tend to get really fucking cold, and that makes me feel overall just bad. I don't notice I'm cold until I feel my toes or fingers however. A good, hot shower will straighten the problem, and leave you feel better. Showering alot while on Ritalin is smart as a general, as all amphetamins make you sweat like shit. Remember to use a good deo, and re-aply it as often as necesary. Showering is also a good exuse for changing clothes, if you have sweated out the old ones. For people who live with someone who'd notice if you change t-shirt alot, a good tip is to buy several that looks the exact same, and clean them as often as you can. If you're not the one in charge of the laundry, and it would seem suspicious if you began to do it, hide the dirty t-shirts until you are gonna go to school or work or the likes, and drop by a laundromat place before going home. Several t-shirts that looks the exact same is the best way to hide how often you change them, and you -really- don't need the extra attention that smelling like a druggie may give you. (Wheither you are one or not.)

Problem 3# Shivering
Lemme just say right now that a good, hot shower fixes most of your problems. Work on relaxing in adition, as this stuff wires you up until your muscles ties a knowt on themselves.

Problem 4# Anxiety or Paranoia
So far this has never happened to me, possibly because I'm useing it purely re-creational and when I can be more or less alone. But if you begin to feel paranoid about anything, counter it as best you can with all the reasons you can think of as to -why- that would never happen. And tell yourself that it's bullshit. When you get worried about something, tell yourself it's bullshit. Hide somewere you can be alone and say it out loud if you have to. Like your brain goes; "I left the window open, what if a burgler got in? What was that noise?" You grab your neck instantly and go "Bullshit! The sound was the cats!" Or something to that effect. xD And again, work on relaxing. The world is -not- going to end if you don't finish your homework, it's not even gonna end if you fail to finish a work-project that will loose your company a good customer. Even if you get fired for not doing something that you stress about, the world will not end! Your health is -way- more inportant than anything else you can loose. Cuz if you die, you'll loose that job anyway, and the rest of your life with it.

Problem 4# Halusinations
Just be aware that it's listed as a side-effect. Most halusinations exist because your brain is capable of bealiveing in it. If you are certan about what is real and what can't be real, then any hallusinations will loose not only it's effect, but it's very existance. Because the one who is creating them is yourself, and it feeds of your bealif in them. That being said; if you begin to hallusinate because of Ritalin, you have some -serious- issiues. I don't bealive that the drug alone does that, as every case I have known any of the story behind has has tendencies towards scitzofrenia and the like. But it -can- trigger underlying mental illnesses like scitzofrenia. So I'd say get to a shrink/doc as fast as humanly possible if that happens.

Problem 5# Tight Muscles
Seriously... Get regular masages if you do Ritalin alot. It makes you tighten your muscles, particularly the jaw, giveing you everything from sore muscles, feeling tired and headaches. Either spend some money on a pro, or get a friend to masage you as often as you can. Masage your own jaw a few times a day whenever you're on it as well.

Problem 6# Breathing Problems
Again -relax-!! A good tip is to learn how to meditate, as it helps you relax and helps you learn how to breath properly. Take a few slow, deep breaths and let it out just as slow and calm. Very often the breathing problem comes because your throat-muscles is pulling tightly together, it's actually kinda like asthma. And yes, asthma medecin -does- help, even when you don't have asthma. oO (I tried my fiancè's once) But mixing asthma meds with Ritalin, especially if you've taken large does of Ritalin..... -Not- plesant. Trust me. If it occures when you've laied off Rit for 6+ hours, preferably at least 12 tho, then it may be helpfull. But don't use it unless you can't seem to breath at all when you've recently taken large amounts of it.
And as with anxiety, stressing only makes it worse. So take a few moments to sit down and relax.
Anyone has more problems, do post, I can't think of anyone atm.
