Risks of Plugging

Hey guys. I am a daily user of oxycodone, and have been plugging twice a day for about 1.5-2 years. Now every now and then (usually in the morning, before or after plug) i get a very very painful feeling behind the back door. it honostly feels like someone is in there stabbing with a knife. it will go away, then either a few seconds- or minutes comes again, usually pain will last about 5-10 seconds, in intervals. It does not happen regularly, but it is something im concerned with. Any ideas what this is, and if anyone has any information on long-term plugging risks, it would be very helpful to these forums, just to inform of the potential of negative effects. Hopefully if we get some good info, this could get a sticky.

I've had similar sensations, but in my case it's more discomfort than pain. (I don't plug regularly). It's probably just irritation to the mucous membranes, but it might be an idea to give your arse a break and switch to an other ROA for a while. I think you should see a doctor if it persists. Irritation might develop into a rectal ulcer, which is something you don't want.

I actually think this sounds pretty similar to just standard rectal spasms; sort of like a "charlie horse" of the anus. It's a pretty common occurrence, and usually the 5-10 second intervals shouldn't be ongoing for more than a short period of time, i.e. 10 minutes or so perhaps. If it is something that feels more severe than that, or if you notice anything irregular (difficulty pooping, blood in stool, etc.) then see a doctor very soon!

A charlie horse of the anus? LOL, sorry just the way that was phrased was funny. I don't think I have ever had one. But if the pain is that sharp and biting, it might be cause for concern.
