So i was in this situation which isnt invovled with work. But, it had a formal tone. The details are unimportant, but i feel like today there's no glass ceiling number one, and number two a smart woman knows to use her sexuality and womanhood to her advantage when in a leadership role. So what doesn't make sense to me though, is that why is that standard? If you initiate something where you want me to be your right hand for example, then you, begin it with a sexual tone, than i have no choice. But, the top that i could perform if i were to run first with the thing, would have to be brotherly in a way, and depending on the circumstance, possibly fatherly.

So im thinking about all the total distributions of wage based on position in a hypothetical zone. And doesnt that bring DOWN what is considered "minimum" for other wages?

I am closing this...the idea itself is probably worth discussion, but what you posted makes no sense.

And there is no such thing as "reverse sexism". Sexism is sexism, it works both ways.
