Can any Administrators/staff/mods advise if it's possible for members to retrieve recently deleted PMs please?

once a pm is deleted, it's gone i am afraid.

for the future, it's possible to download your private messages so you have a local copy. i know it does not help you this time, but if you get in the habit in the future, you'll never lose a message again.
