swimming.d some people do get it as bad as we wud durin wds but ur rite d person whos having a coffee and barely noticing it def isnt haha
only thing that worked for me was hot baths and time. I add a cup or two of epsom salts to the bath--seems to help, but it might just be psychological.

I don't think that's the same. It sounds like you are talking about caffeine jitters, like when you are just subconsciously jiggling your leg or something. RLS caused by opioid withdrawals is excruciating. As people said above, it can make you want to stab or brak your legs from the agony, and it can happen all over your body. It basically feels like your bones and muscles are very sore, you feel very anxious, and your muscles get incredibly painful if you don't move them or jerk them, or sometimes you just jerk them uncontrollably. It's hard to fully explain how horrible it is, but trust me, it's miserable. I have had symptoms of RLS at night that were not caused by opioid withdrawals and just consisted of my legs moving in my sleep and waking me briefly (or my partner would tell me my leg or arm had been moving) and it was not painful or anywhere close to the feeling of the restless legs/arms/body that comes with opioid WDs (for me). So I'm not sure whether people with non-opioid caused RLS are really going through the same thing or not. It probably varies. Plus, when you're in WD you have all the other myriad torturous symptoms of WD as well.
I attack my RLS (resulting from Opiate WDs) with Hot baths (With essence of Lavender and Epsom Salts poured in), Tramadol Hcl and some Cannabis. I find that the Tramadol Hcl is extremely effective at actually stopping RLS, meanwhile, the Cannabis and Lavender/Epsom Salt Baths are really just for your physical comfort.
I know how much RLS blows and I hope you can get rid of them!

dude i was one of those where if i rolled over at nite durin wds id cum myself...apparently a pain in ur spine causes some ppl to cum demselves during wds..so wankn never helped me altho i hear ppl like urself who says it works for dem...wish it did work for me it wuda been an amazing cure...lolYes, RLS and the general "I want to squirm myself out of my own body" feeling of opiate w/d has definitely masked other symptoms of w/d due to how intensely shitty the feeling was. Especially shitty is how the RLS contributes to insomnia, and I would end up not sleeping for 3 or 4 nights straight, all the while wanting to tear my legs off. Honestly, I found a lot of things I would try to do in w/d (if I could do them at all, that is) was an attempt to relieve RLS. Weed would help depending on the type of weed, a good indica is good, but I would try massaging my legs, exercised/stretched, took contrast showers (really hot water -> really cold) and they all tended to be effective on the short-term. For some reason, likely the endorphin and dopamine rush, my RLS were really easy to ignore and almost non-existent if I jerk off, especially following orgasm. Although I'd say that provided the most enjoyable relief, haha, no form of relief lasted very long. And to top it off, the RLS for me has tended to last a bit longer than the acute w/ds (although they tend to get better day by day after the 1st week). However, as they say, it's not called "kicking" for nothing, and it's part of the torture you have to do endure if you are addicted to opiates.
Spontaneous orgasm is a common feature of opiate withdrawal, but it has nothing to do with a pain in your spine. It is likely because you become incredibly sensitive, your hormones and blood pressure are out of whack, and perhaps even your body is trying to produce some endorphins because your brain is lacking. Its like how we get the opposite effects of the opiate - opiates make it more difficult to orgasm so we experience the opposite during withdrawals.
However, orgasm can be helpful for many people because it produces natural opiates in the brain, giving a few minutes of relief during WDs.
Shit for me it seems in general I'm just restless during withdrawal and the withdrawal is about to start if I don't find or get the time to go get some soon. I can't eat, sleep, get comfortable and the list just goes on and on. Hate the withdrawals but love the drug! Just wish I had an easier way to get my hands on it.
they dont no y u cum durin wds i read on the net dat spine pain is most likely cause i dunno tho...
