Respect is earned..
or so I've learned..

though I see it as a two way street..
and will attempt to meet..

people half way..
or visit each other occasion-al-ay..

but if what is given is not some how returned..
do not be surprised if a bridge is temporarily burned..

and so i see what it means when..
people make that statement..

The simplest way i found around this is the 3 times rule. Basically its when someone fuck's you 3 times. He/ she or it will probably do it a fourth time.

An extension to this simple life rule is to give loved ones some more slack and unknowns lesser. Likewise importantcy matters things that are not that important should imo just be ignored.

Also reviewing yourself this way helps. Would i wanna be treated by someone like i just did. Self reflection, as i obviously broke those rules myself probably many times.

But this will save me from disappointment and makes it easier to channel frustration about others action's. It also set personal boundaries which is good although one should always evaluate every situation individually. As there is the chance of getting arrogant or prejudice.

Another tool very useful but not something that is operational in every person is intuition and integrity. Use em!

sad but true, based on history.. possibly even current events....
but if you see a problem with this idea, and partake..
