Reset Adderall Tolerance

The month of March I took 20mg Focalin XR almost daily, but tended to skip weekends

April I took 25mg Adderall, almost daily. But ended up with 95mg left over, I would take a 1-4 day break weekends but had a tendency to stay up on fridays and take around 50mg+ through repeated dosing

So far this May I take 20mg daily, skipping weekends totally, occasionally taking a 10mg IR after school

Thing is, Adderall felt GREAT relieving my Anxiety and such BEFORE I ever even took Focalin
Adderall has felt the same since April, no side effects besides dry mouth and decreased appetite... and of course increased focus/wakefulness

THING IS, it used to be almost a downer for me taking a 20mg XR and relieving my Anxiety
Since April its been completely a stimulant

I have to take 30-40mg of IR to even feel like it did before, but now its with some crazy CNS stimulation
I never have "withdrawals"

I'm just wondering how long would it take (abstaining) for my tolerance to the euphoric effect to 'reset'
 
welll you cant get the feeling of the first time you did it but you can get close. i think a 2 week break would lower your tolerance enough
 
You will never be able to "reset" you Adderall tolerance, but you can take breaks from using it. Two week breaks don't usually cut it, you'll be back at where you were day 2. I'd say a good 3-5 month break will bring your tolerance level back down to as low as you can get it to go.
