Research for series of articles about dietary lifestyle options

Hello everybody!

I'm calling all 'Junk Food Junkies' (if you love eating all that unhealthy stuff!), 'Freaky Eaters' (eg. people who only eat white food, or are squeamish or weird about some food types) and people following 'Restricted Diets' (for health or religious reasons) for some help for my next three articles!

If you are interested in helping, here are some questions to guide your contribution (feel free to keep it as short and sweet as you like, and to stray as far as you like as well!)

Hmm... uhhh I don't see the questions in the last post? *confused*

Also I am in the process of changing my diet once again. My health is going downhill and I have to *sigh* once again try something new. I am going to try getting on a high raw version of the specific carbohydrate diet. It is still free of all the things I am restricting now, and then some. This diet is completely free of all grains and typical carbs like potatoes, sweet potatoes.

My leaky gut condition is just making my autoimmune system go insane and I'm reacting to practically everything I eat. :( Sucks...

But yeah, post or PM me the questions and I'll answer when I get home from work tonight.

- Why did you choose to eat the way you do?
- When did you make the decision?
- How was it received by your friends and family?
- What are the benefits/pros you perceive in your life from following your diet?
- What are the difficulties you find in following your diet?
- Would you recommend it to others - and why?
