What does it take to get a script of, say 120 m30's? Do I need a MRI/CAT Scan? or would seeing a pain doctor, accompanied by proof of previous car accidents, and medical records that show I've been treated a bunch of times for extreme migraine headaches at the ER be enough? I have never been prescribed for anything stronger then a Perc 10, Is it uncommon to make such a large dosage increase? Also I have a monthly script for 60 Suboxone 8mg tablets, would that come up and affect my chances of getting the script?

any insight or help on what one might say or have done to increase the chance of obtaining said script would be welcome, I realize I am walking a fine line between what legal and not, but these suboxone just aren't helping me that much anymore.

It's not required to have a cat scan to get 30's or anything else, but the chances you get them for migraines is slim to none. Yeah, being on subs is gonna matter and if your current Dr. finds out you might get cut off of them.

The subs are a red flag because most docs put people with addiction issues on them and true if your dr. whos perscibing the subs find out you will be cut off plus he would prob. contact the dr. that would perscibe you the oxys...

If you have legitimate pain issues, go to pain management and they (in my experience) are actually willing to work with you, if you are honest. I take methadone daily, and I had been battling a tumor on my spine , among other things, and they knew about my past but realized I was being honest, truly suffering, and knew my stuff. They had no problem prescribing me 8mg x3 daily of dilaudid.

If you just have headaches, and aren't truly in need, there is a slim chance you can just go to the doctor and walk out with a script for roxi's. This is why many chronic pain people have trouble getting the proper treatment, because so many people trying to just fuck the system and get scripts for shit they don't need. Not saying you necessarily just ranting in general.

Without the proper scans and whatnot documenting your issue, you'd belucky with a script for norco's or percocet.
