Opioids replacing tramadol with kratom can it be done?

so if i want to kick my tramadol that i use for pain relief can i switch right to kratom? and cold turkey tramdol/ and replace with kratom?? i know the kratom has serotonin activity so would that cover the zaps that accompany stopping tramadol. i want to go all natural thats why iam asking this
 
Well, it is definitely possible but you will experience some discomfort because Tramadols SNRI Activity will be missing. In my experience the stimulating effects of Kratom can not be compared to the ones of Tramadol but don't let that scare you off. In my opinion Tramadol is terrible when taken daily. You would be better off with Kratom.

I even switched from Buprenorphine (Subutex) to Kratom with just a few problems so it should be pretty easy with Tramadol.
How much do you take per day?
I would try about 3x5g of Borneo Red Vein kratom a day as a replacement.
