Heroin Remove impurities/dirt from melted heroin before injecting

How could I remove impurities/dirt from melted heroin before injecting? Is there some filtering system/tool?

Micron filter, 0.22 - here in Germany I order them at the pharmacy. You’ll probably have to bring a picture in because many pharmacists have never seen them before.
