Remeron and e use....

so this girl is on remeron..and she tried e and felt nothing, but her friends all rolled off the same pill and had a blast. So i know remeron isn't an SSRI, but i know it regulates seratonin levels...
so should this girl quit experimenting with e while on Remeron.....I was under the impression that the only drug type negativelly affecting e use was the aforementioned SSRI
