Reliable vendors?

Sorry if this isn't allowed but I can't seem to find any reliable information anywhere. I was wondering how difficult it really is to find a safe and reliable rc vendor. Mainly one who sends what you ordered and doesn't scam you or send some other substance. I'm not asking for names and whatnot, just a general discussion on determining a safe and legit site from some bunk scammer.

Use google to find a vendor. Don't buy from the first one you see. Find one, bookmark it, and then find more. After you have a few book marked, go back and see which ones look the most legit. Find reviews if possible. You can also email them a specific question about their products and see which ones respond the fastest and most intelligent.

Was hoping for harm reduction from this conversation. For example I read that most can't be found through a google search or other regular search engines, so does that mean the ones that can be found are just commercial and or scams.

like Roger said, & like the BLUA & PD Forum guidelines say, no vendor discussion, period. All that being said, for harm reduction purposes, regardless of your source you should do reagent test(s) and/or low dose titration to both ensure that the substance is what you think it is and that you don't have any odd or idiosyncratic reactions to it.
