Relapsed on suboxone

Hello everyone. I have a question for you guys. I have been off of heroin for a little over a year, with a few small relapse in between. One of which was about 5 days of iv heroin use that resulted in full blown w/d. Last Wednesday I found a bottle of generic 8mg suboxone pills in my house. I snorted about 2 mg. The next night I did 2 more mg. Friday and Saturday I didn't do any. Woke up this morning feeling fine and figured I had evaded serious w/d. So I decided to do another 2mg. What I wasn't thinking of until now is bupe's very long half life. Now I'm worried I am going to be in withdrawal. I do very physical work 6 days a week and withdrawal will really be bad. Not to mention my girl is pregnant with our baby and she would not react well to me having relapsed. I flushed all the pills except for one. Just in case I do end up sick I was thinking I could use it for a mini taper. What do you guys think? Thank you so much

i would have thought you would be fine if you taper with the pill you have left. there might be some minor symptoms.

As mentioned above, take the suboxone and taper. Take it every other day. You'll be fine.
