Heroin Relapsed on Heroin after using suboxone for 6 days(clean)

Hey guys, i recently relapsed on heroin after being clean for 6 1/2 days (while using suboxone-2/4mg a day). I've been using about a 20 everyday for about 6 days. Will i have a pretty bad kick? also, i have 2 bars of xanax left, and 4 mg of suboxone. Any advice on how i should use these the next couple days? Most of all, i want to know how long/bad my kick will be? Thanks so much guys, and bless you all
 
depends person to person so nobody's gonna be able to tell you for certain, but yea I'd say you set yourself back maybe not quite to zero but it really depends... If I was you I would wait until you are feeling really bad and then take 1-2mg sub then wait till you feel the worst again take 1 mg and then wait till you feel bad then 1mg. Same idea with the Xanax is what I would do personally, how long were you using before you went on subs for 6 days?
 
did you expect anything else...typically my exp. is using subox , methadone to get off drugs is just substituting...you mite as well substitue cannabis, alcohol, meth , etc....as far as kicking, aint ish you can do bout it anyways
