"Taking xtc is very dangerous at the moment. Lately and on numerous occasions the dangerous substance PMMA has been found in high doses in pills sold as xtc. Also there are quite a few pills around with very high doses of MDMA.
Combining xtc with other drugs or taking multiple pills can be life threatening!
If you do wish to use drugs get them tested beforehand or don't take different drugs at once.

I read about this on Dutch forums, it's an official warning put up at parties, following a number deaths a few weeks ago of people who took "xtc" pills that were in fact PMMA
True, and its important to remember at least one of those people died from taking high dosed mdma pills, they did not all die from pmma pills.
