when i did my IP detox on DFs,i would guess my habit would have been about 1.2g-1.6g a day(i usually do a teenth a day but i think i had tried to reduce a little)

they started me on 12x30mg tabs a day in 3 doses
then they reduced each day by 1 tablet
wasn't too bad until the day where 1 dose had to be cut out so everyone else would get meds and i wouldn't(so obviously mostly in my head)
but it's def better than cold turkey and i would say much quicker than a meth detox(a guy doing that had been in there for months)
but this was at a time when this city didn't have a purpose led clinic for detox and we just had to do it on a general psyche ward-that for sure didn't help-i just wanted OUT
 
Howya all-haven't posted for a few days-had the 'flu'. Might be repeating myself here a bit-if so, sorry.

Had two old reliable numbers come back on action in last week-one head had 6 or 7/10 pre drought score-but which I was well happy with after more than two months, UNTIL I met the other head who had PROPER pre drought no score needed, just proper gear. So I presumed drought was over, but have heard different since.

Will let people know any new news I hear-but going by appearances around town lately, still beware rippers.

All good for the last 2 weeks.
Proper gear.
Seems to be a good bit there.
 
Just to chime in on the streets of Dublin - please dont bother trying to score off anyone unknown as its still rip city and will remain so for a long time. I expect that even when the consensus is that the drought is largely over, opportunists will still be about ripping unfortunates off. Who's going to give a randomer proper product when they can as easily flog them bash.

If the drought were to end at the end of the month theres a massive chance there will still be cunts on the streets flogging bash until Summer time. Its going to take a long time until the streets get back to normal, I'm confident of that.

TBH i think the uk is the same in that it will be a LONG time before things get back to how they were
things come and then they go again
there is no consistent supply
everyone seems to be thinking the next harvest will sort it out
but the extent to which this has reached,i reckon it'll be the harvest after this one before we see any real normality on the streets

Thanx mate for the kind words of support. I am so proud of myself and i never thought i could ever be proud of myself again considering my life over the last many many years.
truth be told since this morning i could of scored and it would of took 5 minutes max for delivery as he is round the corner literally from me, yet i have stayed strong. I also agree with you mate if i do slip up i should not give myself a hard time as we all know some times it can be baby steps. As for yourself it IS around the corner from you considering your on wavertree road. If you hear nothing today i am sure tomorrow will bring you some good news mate.

Good luck with yourself bud and i hope you get some good food soon. My dealer promised me he will ignore my door unless i ring him so no pressure from him wanting my money.8o
My misses is made up that our front door is free from having my old dealer pulling up and she know says she does not have to worry about nosy neighbours seeing the same car pulling up each day like it used to be before the drought.

Anyway mate take it easy, lifes a bitch but it can also be a sweat-heart at times;)

I'm not in Dublin but I'm not far from it.
I don't think things are back to normal cause it's still expensive. €270 for an 8th. but most of our guys are back & seem to have a good bit there.
Just hope it lasts.

Yup, when I've tried to abstain before, Ill be good for ages, do a bit then be pissed off at myself for doing it around my family or something, then think fuck it, Ill just finish off this gram.... Then I think well I only have enough for a couple of lines out of this gram so Ill get another bag and get high one more time, then I try and stop and then comes the WD so another bag is needed. and round and round it goes....

Sounds like you really want to make a go of it, so be strong, and if you do slip, just remember its a one off, it's just one day, not the rest of your life.

And it seems like there is a good bunch of people on here now, so hope you stick around, even though its words on a screen, I think these drought threads have really helped a lot of people.

Im going away now for work until saturday so I hope by the time Im back there might be some more round my way. My boy is off again and one of the bash sellers earlier said "its nearly as good as the last lot". His last lot didnt have any fucking smack in it at all. I hate bash pushers.

I've never seen someone drink a MUG of meth before! I not trying to call you out or start an argument or anything but do you really do 300ml? I've never heard of anyone doing that much. Could it be watered down in any way maybe?
 
Easily done. I've seen people swig 250 mls + in one go. If someone has a mega-high tolerance it is totally possible.

Hi Gavb!! Yeah, things have improved a good bit in Dublin!! But yeah, i don't think the drought is in anyway nearly over yet either, still plenty of bash around as-well!! I'm delighted for you that you have been getting proper H at last!! :D I got nice proper gear last week too. The first bit of good gear i got was off a mate of mine that scores a big bit for himself every 10 days or so, then he sells a small bit off so that he can make some of his cash back, he would only sell me a gram, but it was sweet!!! Nice, nice NICE!!!! :D

Then luckily the very next night a guy that i used to regularly score off before the drought got in touch with me, & he too had proper gear!! So i got some of that & it too was sweet!!!! Nice, nice, NICE!!!! :D

He had plenty so i went back to him the next night to get more!! He is a sound enough bloke, 'but' it had all gone to his head a bit, coz everyone was praising him & telling him that his gear was amazing & therefore he too was amazing!!! So what did he go & do..........? Go on....... have a guess..........? Yep, thats right, the stupid ejit went & cut the gear & made a total arse of it!!!!! The mind boggles!!!!! 8(

I was fairly broke the 2nd time i scored off him so luckily i only got a small bit off him!! But i didn't tell him that i was broke, i just texted him later that night to tell him that he had made an arse of it & that i wouldn't be scoring off him again until he re~loaded & unless he didn't cut it to shite again!!!

At least there has been a big improvement in Dublin over the last 2 weeks!! I'm still broke to~day, but its pay day on Friday..... oh what to do.......?

its true bro I know of a meth monster and he drinks up to400ml a day he buy my mates extra and loads more would not like to rattle from that I hate the stuff

hiya l no people who buy the green to get acharge out of it 4ooml at a time and they dont touch the h any more ave always thought they wer fill of shite.does any 1 no if this is true do u get a charge frm taking loads of meth
